Scoopio ~

Scoopio consists of a blended that was done in 2013/2014 of kosher kush (male) with the YKO (female) . I was blessed with an original seed pack of regular kosher kush from 2004, out of the 6 seeds gifted to me, 1 was a male and we let him go in a room full of our in house genetics. This was the stepping stone to some of our most exclusive genetics including the scoopio! The other kosher kush seeds popped that were female had an incredible lemon lime zest to it, low yielding but had an incredible lemon lime taste and smell resembling the taste od sprite soda!  The YKO is an original Pure Kush, when we say original we mean it! We found a few seeds from our mentors bag and this is how the YKO came to life. Named after a close friend of mine who lead me to this beautiful genetic and connected me with
another old school mentor, the YKO gives off that original gassy skunk smell and taste with a splash of lemon. Pairing the lemon lime zest with the skunky gas is what we all have been looking for.The smell gives off gasoline, skunky, coffee and lemon. The terpene profile gives off a lemon skunk taste at first inhale with a coffee exhale. The plant usually takes between 10-14 days to root from clone. The internode spacing is a bit closer together then a kosher kosh , but still gives off those OG kush traits, we recommend that you are aggressive with her during veg (heavy topping and super cropping) and keep your plant between 85-92 degrees for the vegetative period and reduce down to 75-79 during flowering. Depending on the style of grow and nutrients used we have seen our plant take around 63-75 days to finish flower. If you keep your plant below 72 like most at the end of the cycle, you will see the plant give off some beautiful purple from within the nugs. We feel that we really have knocked this one out the ball park as far as an “OG kush“ goes.
